Terms & Conditions

Orders

Orders are accepted from within the United Kingdom and overseas.

All our orders are subject to availability. We aim to ensure we have sufficient stocks at all times and our stock levels are maintained and up to date on our website to cater for your orders. In the event ordered goods are not available, we will notify you immediately by email, and offer you the choice of either waiting until the goods are available in stock or cancel your order and receive a refund.

Prices

All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

All our prices are listed in Pound Sterling (unless otherwise specified) and are accurate at the time of placing the order. 

We use Stripe secure payment processing platform. Stripe automatically converts any funds into GBP. G&L Ltd. have no control over the conversion rates. 

G&L Ltd reserves the right, at any time before buyer purchase, to increase the price of our goods or subscriptions to reflect any increase in the cost to us. We aim to maintain our prices and will only increase them should there be factors beyond our control – such as, and without limitation to: significant increase in shipping costs, significant increase in materials or other manufacturing costs, foreign exchange fluctuation, etc.

Shipping Costs

All our prices exclude shipping costs.

Upon placing an order, Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order depending on your location.

Payments

By placing an order, you implicitly consent for the relevant payment to be charged to your debit/credit card account or electronic payment account. 

Upon confirming your order, you will be directed to our secure payment portal. Payment can be made by use of any major credit or debit card on our website’s secure payment portal, PayPal or ApplePay. 

We are sorry, we do not accept Diners Club Cards and American Express as means of payment.

After processing your payment, you will receive an automated acknowledgment of your purchase by email.

Once the goods are shipped, you will also receive an automated dispatch notification with the tracking details for your order. You can check the status of your upcoming delivery through the tracking link that you receive in your dispatch notification. 

Deliveries

The prices shown on our website exclude delivery charges.

Goods will be delivered to you at the address you provide when you place your order.

Please ensure you enter your correct address, contact details and email address so we may contact you if necessary and to avoid any issues with your delivery.

You will have the option of typing in any additional delivery comments on an order note.

We use Royal Mail as a third party for our deliveries. It is possible that you may experience a delay with your delivery due to severe weather conditions or force majeure.

The dates quoted for the delivery of your goods are approximate G&L Ltd. cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused.

Returns & Exchange

This Returns Policy applies to goods ordered online on www.thepoocher.co.uk and www.thepoocher.com.

If you order online from the UK, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel your order. Please write to us via our Contact us page and state the reasons for cancelling your order. We will get in touch within 3 working days to provide you with a return address. 

The buyer pays for the shipping of the order they wish to return. This must be done through a tracked courier of your choice.

We will process the refund within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, provided they are unused and in good condition. Refunds are processed through our online banking system and take up to 10 working days from the date of processing the refund, to appear in your account. 

Should we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if it is suspected that you are returning items after they have been used, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.

Refunds

Refunds are processed through our online banking system and take up to 10 working days from the date of processing the refund, to appear in your account.

Prices are subject to change and may be amended at any time without notice. 

G&L Ltd reserves the right to change prices, services, product specifications and availability at any time. Any new prices will supersede any previous publications. Elements of The Poocher® are handmade and hand sown, therefore, our product measurements may slightly vary.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed and will be required to provide an explanation. Should an order be refused, any payment made against this order will not be retained by G&L Ltd and will be refunded to the buyer. Refunds are processed through our online banking system and take up to 10 working days from the date of processing the refund, to appear in your account. 

We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
